La Fourchette Company (Ioannou Hektor & Co Ltd) is engaged in Catering services and Events management. We undertake the management of every social or corporate event from the concept to its implementation.
Our company has developed and implements high standard food safety management system in its modern production facilities and ensures that its procedures are in compliance with applicable national and European legislation and international quality standards, in continuous audits by Hellenic Food Control, finally is also ISO 22000: 2005 Certified.
Our Director Manager is the distinguished chef Hector Ioannou. Also our company employs experienced and trained executives in order to ensure excellent hygiene and professional service at all stages of our cooperation.
We offer a great variety of choices: Modern or traditional recipes of Greek cuisine, creative Mediterranean dishes, Italian recipes and sophisticated French cuisine. Also if you wish to “travel” with exotic flavors, we can prepare Chinese or Polynesian dishes or authentic sushi. In addition you can choose classic BBQ recipes. Finally we can provide you all the desserts to accompany your event. La Fourchette undertakes the provision of banquets and the necessary utensils and dishes, the necessary human resources including maître, cooks and waiters.
Every professional event differs, so our company has developed special suggestions to offer you and your guests complete and special taste experiences tailored to your wishes. We undertake catering services for weddings, christenings, private or house receptions, social and professional events. Also, we are specialized on corporate and construction catering services, in Athens, Piraeus and throughout Attica prefecture and we collaborate with selected venues and halls.
